Purchases of UpToDate can be made from September 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
To be eligible for a reimbursement of a one-year UpToDate subscription, to a maximum subsidy of $155.00 CAD, you will first need to create a Canadian Federation of Medical Students account (CFMS) if you don’t already have one.
When creating a CFMS account, you will be required to provide a membership authentication code. You can attain the authentication code by emailing NOSM University’s CFMS representatives at sc.vpexternal@nosm.ca.
Once the UpToDate subscription is purchased, you will need to complete the expense reimbursement process. Proof of purchase with receipts is required for reimbursement.
