Q. What Information Desk services are unavailable after hours?

The following services are unavailable after hours:

1. Equipment check-in and check-out. Do not leave equipment unattended in the library after hours
2. Print credit purchasing and printer support. Printing is still available for users with existing credits. We suggest replenishing your account during our Information Desk hours.
3. Reference and research support. Use our chatbot, Captain Jack, for online assistance, or email askthelibrary@nosm.ca and a library team member will follow up with you the next business day.
4. Group study room bookings and access.
