Access to the library after hours is available only to NOSM University members with door access cards. The library does not provide door access cards. See below for more details:

Undergraduate Medical Education Students, Full-Time Faculty & Staff

  • UME learners, full-time faculty and staff receive door access cards as part of their orientations and onboarding.

Master of Medical Studies, Postgraduate Education and NOSM U Dietetic Practicum Program Learners

  • MMS, PGE and NOSM U DPP learners can place a request through their department, who can request a door access card from facilities.

Part-Time Faculty

  • Part-time faculty can request a door access card through Faculty Affairs for a fee paid by the faculty member.

If you are in the library when the Information Desk closes, you must sign in and show your NOSM U student ID card or government-issued photo ID. Keep your ID on you at all times when using the library after hours. See also, FAQ: What security measures are in place for after hours access?
